IMPORTANT NOTICE

It has recently come to our attention that photos we have taken as part of our work are being stored in a number of different folders within the IT system. It has been difficult to identify all the different folders to ensure that these folders are not deleted. From now can all photos be stored on Meridio in the young person/carers record. This will ensure that we have one place where all our photos are and will help to ensure that they are not accidentally deleted.

Can I ask all staff that, if they have photos stored in any folders outside of Meridio, that they arrange for these to be transferred to Meridio as soon as possible. I am setting a deadline for the end of February. After this time we can not guarantee that the folders that the photos are in currently stored in will not be deleted.
